Built & bendy

Built & Bendy is a progressive flexibility and mobility class designed to help you safely increase your range of motion while building the strength and control to support it. Through a combination of mobility drills, active flexibility, and strengthening exercises, you’ll develop higher leg extensions, stronger lines, improved stability, and flexibility you can actually use.

4-Week Focus:
Week 1: Front Splits
Week 2: Middle Splits
Week 3: Hip Mobility & Rotations + Middle-to-Front Split Transitions
Week 4: Hand-to-Foot Reach (Shoulders & Back Mobility)

Please bring your own yoga mat. Blocks and resistance bands will be provided. Open to all levels!

Floor Flow is designed to help you develop fluidity, control, and creativity through swirly leg patterns, unique arm pathways, seamless transitions, and playful floor tricks like shoulder stands and more. Each class focuses on connecting movement with intention, helping you build stronger overall flow and musicality.

Throughout this 4-week mini session, you’ll learn 2 floor choreography pieces designed to challenge and inspire all levels. During the second week of each choreo, we’ll dedicate time to filming with fun lighting so you can capture your progress and leave with:

  • 2 completed floor choreographies

  • 2 phone videos of your performances

Please bring your own knee pads. Socks, heels, or pleasers are all welcome.

Floor Flow

This class is designed for dancers who already have experience dancing and doing tricks in Pleasers. We’ll be working primarily at the base of the pole, focusing on unique sequences and transitions, dynamic & creative tricks, drops, handstands, and creative combinations.

The class will be mostly focused on static pole, with the possibility of incorporating some spin pole tricks as well. Variations will be provided to accommodate different levels and abilities.

Knee pads and heels are highly recommended for this class.

Pole TRICKS IN HEELS

BEGiNNER/intermediate POLE

Whether you’re brand new to pole or have some experience, this class is designed to help you build a strong foundation while developing strength, technique, and confidence. We’ll cover fundamental spins, transitions, grips, and beginner-friendly tricks, with progressions and variations offered to accommodate different experience levels. Expect to learn new combinations while building the skills you need to continue progressing on the pole.

With options to suit different experience levels, you'll be encouraged to challenge yourself at your own pace in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What to wear: Shorts and a tank top or sports bra.

INTERmediate/advanced POLE

With Alix

Designed for students who are comfortable with inverts and combining moves together, this class is designed for intermediate to advanced students looking to build strength, refine their technique, and expand their pole vocabulary. You’ll learn intermediate and advanced tricks, creative sequences, and variations on both spin and static pole, with options provided to accommodate the different levels and abilities in class.

Expect to challenge yourself, learn new tricks, and work on connecting movements into smooth and dynamic combinations. You’ll be encouraged to work at your own pace while exploring new skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What to wear: Shorts and a tank top or sports bra.

This is a class inspired by Latin social and ballroom styles such as Salsa, Bachata, Cha-Cha and more. Focusing on blending technique, musicality, and fun choreography to help you grow your confidence and elevate your movement if you train in any other dance styles.

We’ll place strong emphasis on arm styling, hip action, and leg technique, helping you refine your lines, develop fluidity, and embrace your femininity through movement.

Please wear Latin heels, dance heels or socks. Open to all levels

lATIN PARTNERing

Whether you come alone or with a partner, you’ll be paired up and introduced to the fundamentals of Latin partner work in a fun and supportive environment. This class will focus on the technical foundations of partnering, connection, timing, leading and following, and classic partnering figures inspired by styles such as Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha, and more.

Perfect for beginners or dancers with some previous experience, you’ll learn how to move comfortably with a partner while building your confidence, coordination, and understanding of Latin dance.

Ready to dive into the Commercial Dance world?
Think choreography made for stages, music videos and live performances. Madonna, Britney Spears, Shakira, Ariana Grande, Michael Jackson, Young Miko, Tate McRae... that’s the vibe we’re recreating in class!


This session is made for you if you want to work on your performance, body control and confidence. Each class is a fusion of styles and techniques, pulling from jazz to hip hop, with choreography designed to challenge your musicality and choreographic retention, while exploring movement quality and bringing out your individuality. We’ll groove, shake our hair, explore floorwork, hit a few poses and, above all, have fun and share a good moment as a community.

Expect a high-energy, colorful class with a different vibe every week, while celebrating the richness of contemporary pop, R&B and commercial music.

Ready to sweat, groove, and dance your heart out?
In this Reggaeton class, you’ll focus on building strong foundations while challenging memory, musicality, and performance through a new choreography each week.
Each class includes 30min of technique + drills and 1h reserved for choreography.

You’ll explore musicality, body control, and performance in a high-energy, colorful environment, all while celebrating modern Latin American music. Open to beginner-intermediate dancers who want to dive into the Reggaeton universe and try something new

REGGAETON

The beginner heels class is a class where you will get to learn your heels fundamental through technical exercices and drills. You will be working on proper posture, weight transfers, walks and lines. All that while also taping into your performance within small choreographies thought at the end of each classes. If you’ve always wanted to dance in heels or you’re a dancer who always wanted to try heels, this is the best place to learn your basics.

Beginner Heels

intermediate/adv. heels

The intermediate/advanced heels class is curated for heels dancers who want to take their technique and performance to the next level. Through targeted exercices and drills, you will be working and reinforcing your supporting leg, stability, fluidity between movements and floor work, and more. And of course you will be learning dynamics choreography to put in practice your new found tools. This class is perfect for heels dancers looking for an extra push.
