A Space to Move,

Create & Connect

ABOUT THE STUDiO

  • Triple 2 is a creative studio that operates as both a rental space and a place for dance classes. Designed as both a dedicated pole studio and an open dance space, it offers a versatile, professional environment for creators to train, teach, rehearse, or produce content, while also hosting a schedule of dance classes open to the community.

The space supports two main experiences:

    • Independent use through rentals, giving artists full freedom to create content, practice, host workshops or classes, and more

    • Structured classes led by instructors at the studio

This dual purpose makes Triple 2 more than just a studio—it’s a shared creative space where individuals can both develop their own practice and connect with others. With its ability to shift between a pole-focused setup and an open floor layout, the environment remains highly adaptable, welcoming dancers, instructors, and creators of all levels looking for a place to move, create, and grow.

  • The space features a 680 sq. ft. dance floor that can function as a fully open layout or be configured with up to three poles, allowing for both dance and pole training. A full-length black curtain can be drawn over the mirrors, instantly transforming the space into a second, darker backdrop—ideal for content creation or distraction-free practice.

Natural daylight fills the studio during the day, while adjustable lighting options allow you to shift the atmosphere for evening sessions, shoots, or events.

Triple 2 is fully equipped to support a variety of activities, including:

    • 20 yoga blocks

    • 2 yoga mats

    • 10 resistance bands (sectional elastics)

    • A crash mat for pole training

    • Access to water

    • Optional additional lighting rentals

A changing room is also available, ensuring comfort and practicality for longer sessions or group use.

One of the studio’s defining features is its ability to transform into two distinct environments: a dedicated pole studio or an open dance/creative floor. This adaptability makes it suitable for everything from structured classes to experimental creative work.

  • Triple 2 is located in one of Montreal’s most vibrant and creative neighborhoods, surrounded by artists, local culture, and a dynamic energy that reflects the spirit of the studio itself.

Just a short walk away, you’ll find some of the city’s most beautiful and lively spots, including the Atwater Market and the Lachine Canal. Whether it’s grabbing a coffee, enjoying local food, or taking a walk by the water, the area offers plenty to explore before or after your session.

The studio is also conveniently located just 7 minutes on foot from Place Saint-Henri metro station, making it easily accessible by public transit.

For those arriving by car, there are several parking options available:

    • Free street parking in the surrounding residential streets

    • A paid parking lot behind Château St-Ambroise, which includes one hour of free parking

    • Small parking areas at the back of the building (free, but with limited availability)

Altogether, the location offers a balance of accessibility, convenience, and charm—making it not just a place to train or create, but a neighborhood to fully experience.

ALiSE DOMBROVSkY

Alise and Alix are partners in life and in businesses which are rooted in their passion for dance. Together, they teach their respective specialties while also collaborating on workshops that blend their unique styles and experiences.

They are the founders of Pole Masters Championship, a Montreal-based pole competition, and Triple 2 Studio, two projects that reflect their vision and commitment to the dance community. Through these projects, they aim to create more opportunities for dancers to perform, connect, and grow in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Their work has also led them to collaborate with brands such as Garage Clothing and FANNA Polewear, and to teach internationally, including at the Milan Pole Dance SXM retreat in 2025.

Triple 2 Studio was created from their vision to design a space that truly reflects the needs of dancers, because they understand them firsthand. Drawing from their experience, they set out to build a personalized environment equipped with everything a dancer or creative could need.

Built by dancers, for dancers.
