intro to pole dance

Ready to try pole dance? This 4-week beginner session is designed to teach you all the basics of pole in a fun, supportive, and empowering environment. Throughout the session, students will learn foundational pole techniques including grips, spins, beginner tricks, transitions, and simple combos while building strength, confidence, and body awareness.

No experience is needed — this class is perfect for complete beginners. Each week builds on the last so you can progress comfortably and feel more confident on the pole. Come ready to move, learn, and have fun! Shorts are recommended for grip, and all fitness levels are welcome.

REGGAETON

Ready to sweat, groove, and dance your heart out?
In this Reggaeton class, you’ll focus on building strong foundations while challenging memory, musicality, and performance through a new choreography each week.
Each class includes 30min of technique + drills and 1h reserved for choreography.

You’ll explore musicality, body control, and performance in a high-energy, colorful environment, all while celebrating modern Latin American music. Open to beginner-intermediate dancers who want to dive into the Reggaeton universe and try something new

With Solen

Built & Bendy is a progressive flexibility and mobility class designed to help you safely increase your range of motion while building the strength and control to support it. Through a combination of mobility drills, active flexibility, and strengthening exercises, you’ll develop higher leg extensions, stronger lines, improved stability, and flexibility you can actually use.

4-Week Focus:
Week 1: Front Splits
Week 2: Middle Splits
Week 3: Hip Mobility & Rotations + Middle-to-Front Split Transitions
Week 4: Hand-to-Foot Reach (Shoulders & Back Mobility)

Please bring your own yoga mat. Blocks and resistance bands will be provided. Open to all levels!

Floor Flow

Floor Flow is designed to help you develop fluidity, control, and creativity through swirly leg patterns, unique arm pathways, seamless transitions, and playful floor tricks like shoulder stands and more. Each class focuses on connecting movement with intention, helping you build stronger overall flow and musicality.

Throughout this 4-week mini session, you’ll learn 2 floor choreography pieces designed to challenge and inspire all levels. During the second week of each choreo, we’ll dedicate time to filming with fun lighting so you can capture your progress and leave with:

  • 2 completed floor choreographies

  • 2 phone videos of your performances

Socks, heels, or pleasers are all welcome.
Open to all levels.

This is a class inspired by Latin social and ballroom styles such as Salsa, Bachata, Cha-Cha and more. Focusing on blending technique, musicality, and fun choreography to help you grow your confidence and elevate your movement if you train in any other dance styles.

We’ll place strong emphasis on arm styling, hip action, and leg technique, helping you refine your lines, develop fluidity, and embrace your femininity through movement.

Please wear Latin heels, dance heels or socks. Open to all levels

The beginner heels class is a class where you will get to learn your heels fundamental through technical exercices and drills. You will be working on proper posture, weight transfers, walks and lines. All that while also taping into your performance within small choreographies thought at the end of each classes. If you’ve always wanted to dance in heels or you’re a dancer who always wanted to try heels, this is the best place to learn your basics.

Beginner Heels

The intermediate/advanced heels class is curated for heels dancers who want to take their technique and performance to the next level. Through targeted exercices and drills, you will be working and reinforcing your supporting leg, stability, fluidity between movements and floor work, and more. And of course you will be learning dynamics choreography to put in practice your new found tools. This class is perfect for heels dancers looking for an extra push.
